For people whose goal is simply to lose weight and to get a good aerobic workout, then the cheaper models will work just fine – especially if you are not after a machine that will mimic actual rowing.
Another good point is if you have limited space and need to store your fitness equipment away, then the Stamina 1205 precision rower or the Stamina Body Track will be the perfect choice. There is no way you will store a concept rowing machine or the bigger Stamina ATS series under a bed or up against the wall. They are just too big.
Stamina Rowing Machines are popular and if people are still buying them at the rate they do, then there must be some good in them. So, don’t let the price of such cheap rowing machines put you off – rather don’t have the hugest expectations from the machine and consider it as another tool for getting fit and not to perfect your rowing technique.
